I'm Throwing A Pity Party

Is this face pitiful enough for you? Poor me. I have issues.

Issue 1) MOM'S BACK. Now some of you might think it's sad when Mom leaves. Not so. I have such a great circle of buddies who take care of me when Mom's gone...I get spoiled rotten. Then Mom comes back. She's tired. There's no long walks. No treat baking. See what I mean.

Issue 2) NO BLOGGING. Not only do I lack the thumbs required for the actual typing involved in blogging...Mom took the computer with her to Washington...so even if I could figure out the typing with no thumbs thing...I had no computer.

Issue 3) SPRING IS GONE. It was here. The sun was shining. The flowers and trees were blooming. Now the wind is blowing, the sky is grey and it's cold enough for a fire. (OK - I must admit the fire part is pretty cool)

Issue 4) NO CENTRAL PARK...until Sunday. Looks like rain tomorrow so we will have to hold off yet another day before we get to play and romp.

All very valid reasons for me to curl up in a ball - ignore Mom - and throw myself a little celebration of self-pity.

Oh well.

Poor baby! I do feel sorry for you. I hope the sky clears up soon and you can go out side with your Mom. We have sunshine right now but it still isn't very warm. That's OK. We are just happy with some sun!

Kisses,
Emma Rose

Wow, the weather turned really fast there. I can't imagine being cold enough for a fire!

Hang in there - it will surely get better. You look really comfy all curled up by the fire!

You look so cute cuddled up by the fire. Don't be sad Abbey - just dream about Sam until Mom gets rested up for Central Park, okay?

I am so sorry! You look rather comfortable there but I can relate to having a pity party. Sometimes it actually does you good!! Get some sleep, eat good and I bet that in a few days everything will look much better! Remember we all love you! Debbie and Holly
