Payback is a .....

Gee - can you guess where Mom was?
She's been traveling about once a month lately and it seems to be connected to this plane.
No - she didn't ride on it (although she did once and was happy to check that off her bucket list).
Mom was in Atlanta covering the President's address to the DAV Convention.

And while she's away I get to sleepover at my beau's house...not a bad deal.
PLUS - she feels guilty (what is it with the 2-legged ones and the guilt trips). The answer to this uncomfortable me a toy!

I now have my very own AIR FORCE ONE....and instead of a makes a jet engine noise. COOL.

What do your peeps do for you when they are feeling guilty? Let me know as I can pass them on to Mom and my goody bag might get bigger! (I don't think that's wrong...seriously)

By the way - Mom picked up this little gem at gift shop at the The Carter Center in Atlanta. The sales clerk said it was for a child - not a dog toy. Mom knew better. (And she checked it for small bits I might chew I would ever do such a thing. )

Well if you need any small parts bitten off, I know someone who would do it for you! :)

Nice pressie. Your Mom was right and so was the clerk. You are Mom's kid, right? We're our humans' kids, I'm sure of that. If they feel guilty they probably approach the issue with food. The Moms have both Jewish and Italian blood, so what else would they do?

lotsa licks, Lola

That is SO COOL!!! I confess, it is rare that both Mom and Dad are gone at the same time, so they don't usually feel guilty (and when they do go away together, we've got the bestest dog sitter in the world who brings her dog with her and we have our own mini day camp). But... When we go on road trip in the House With Wheels, Mom always buys us new stuffies so we have something to amuse ourselves with on the drive...

My peeps give us steak when they feel guilty about traveling or if they a feeling cheap they hit the drive thru and buy us each a burger.yummy for the tummy.
PS - I think the real plane lets dogs on it...maybe you could hitch a ride and fly out to meet me.

That is so cool! I've been looking for something for the boys while I'm in DC, and haven't had much luck!

Sam -
Check the White House Visitors Center @ 1450 Pennsylvania Ave, NW or if you are out in Arlington, VA - there's a great boutique - DOGMA @ Harrison & Lee Hwy.

Our momma says that children's toys are some of the best toys fur us dogs 'cause then they have no tiny parts and have OK stitching and dyes. Cool score on the toy, dude!
