Ahhhh SPRING

How do you know when it's SPRING?

The daffodils start blooming....

The new grass is just right for rolling in....

There are plenty of sticks for chomping.....(oh - and wedding parties taking pictures)

And best of all....there's lots of MUD....
Did I mention there's mud!

The perfect day for hanging out with my buddy Due....

Although apparently he overexerted himself with the springtime activities ....
and had to be carried part of the way home....poor baby!

We hope all of you were able to get out and enjoy the beautiful weather (at least here in the east). Of course Mom is still confused about what constitutes a "workday" as opposed to a "vacation day" or even a "weekend". I hear rumblings that she is going into work tomorrow due to coverage of the Healthcare Vote in Congress.

Fortunately my man Due does know Sunday is for family (and loved ones) - so I might be spending some time with him and his peeps tomorrow.

ENJOY SPRING WHILE YOU CAN - we're expecting to be in the
40's again next week!

What a beautiful day you had and we see you enjoyed it properly! You know it's a good day when you play so hard you have to be carried home :)

We don't have any daffy-dills out here. Only cactuses, but they haven't started blooming yet!

It's looking like spring here too. Don't you love the mud to roll around in. Last spring Holly had so much mud on her, it was even caked into her collar. It's nice to be carried home when you are worn out from playing!!! Happy Spring!! Debbie and Holly

Mud in abundance, all you need for a perfect weekend. The clouds sure rolled in fast today, but it has been a toasty March! :)

Mud - my favorite. Poor little Due - his legs just can't keep up with you. But what a great day to be sooo tired ya need a lift.

Does Abbey eat grass? Connor loves noshing on the new grass... even when he's feeling fine!

I think your Mom has an exciting job! Having never lived where there is a real spring, it has been rather neat to see it happen through everyone's blogs! Thank you for sharing!
